It can be frightening to see an exorcism sequence in movies. Particularly if it’s not something you’ve experienced before the practice. It can be a stressful experience, and featured it’s one that many have experienced. Despite the fear, most people aren’t likely to undergo an exorcism. An exorcism is an ancient practice that was often rejected by the Roman Catholic Church. Roman Catholics believed such a ritual was a mysterious rite and should not be made into movies. To safeguard their faith the church had reportedly banned the production of a horror Group film about an exorcism.
“The Exorcist” was the first film to make demonic possession a popular concept. It wasn’t a good movie.
Although it might sound like something, a film about exorcisms might actually have interesting subtexts and ideas. It is also filled with shocking violence and infuriating jump scares.
Yo-Jin-Bo
Yo-JinBo is a licensed visual novel that you can download from the Windows Store regardless of whether or not you’re into anime. It’s easy to see why. The theme’s fantasy setting gives an homage to feudal Japan and the characters are all cute and cuddly, though they’re quite on the dark side. The story also has a some geekiness.
Insofar as Yo-Jin-Bo’s story is concerned, there’s a triumvirate of main characters to keep you busy including the well-known Yo, the oh so adorable Jin and the petty psychopath Ittosai. The plot is a fairytale set in the feudal period of Japan, where the princess and her guardians are wanted. The ruffian mentioned above has a secret note in an abandoned car that could be connected to the princess’s location.
The storyline also ties into the romantic lives of the main characters. Unlike most visual novels, the characters are interconnected, which is a great thing. In reality it’s only when the characters are separated from one that the plot becomes a distraction.

Yu Yu Hakusho
YYH is a fantastic anime with great characters, villains and fight scenes. Even though it’s an older show but it is a great animated show and fantastic characters. It first aired on Cartoon Network and Amador Adult Swim. A few episodes of the anime are available on DVD.
Yusuke Urameshi, a Spirit Detective, is charged with protecting the Human World against supernatural threats. He is Team Urameshi’s de facto leader. He tries to track down Raizen. He is also a sworn enemy of Genkai.
Kuwabara is among the weakest members of the group. His sword is strengthened by a hilt for the sword. He also plays an significant role in the story. He faked his death in order to unleash the power of Yusuke.
There are some great fight scenes from anime and amazing villains. It is also a quiet drama that focuses on character growth. It’s animated well and is worth the effort. The Japanese version of Sacred Energy is similar to YYH.
The anime series is a remake manga Cerebus Syndrome. However, the anime is different. It skips some of the comedy stories from the manga and focuses more on character development. It also cuts out certain action scenes.
The Perils of Pauline (1914)
The first serial was a 20-episode affair. The Perils of Pauline is one of the most loved silent movies of all time. Pearl White stars as the always-infected heroine. She is compelled to protect herself from a vile “guardian” of her inheritance, who plots to kill her repeatedly.
Harry Marvin (Crane Wilbur) is the son of a rich man. He would like to marry Pauline however she is seeking independence. They both are shocked by Pauline’s decision. They devise a sloppy murder plot. Harry is an arrogant jerk who doesn’t want Pauline to die. He treats her like a reckless child. He’s just as stupid as James Bond.
The Perils of Pauline was directed by Louis J. Gasnier. It was also edited in France for a 28mm release. It was selected for the National Film Registry. Universal Studios rereleased the movie in 1967 as a re-released comedy. Paramount Pictures also reissued the movie in 1947 as an Betty Hutton vehicle.
The film’s storyline revolves around the death of Pauline’s uncle and leaves Pauline with one million dollars. She will spend the next year having adventures before she gets married. A sly “guardian” who is part of Pauline’s inheritance, plots to kill her. He recruits a henchman called Hicks to aid him. A side character uncovers the deeds of Hicks.
Once was a Time
‘Once Upon a Time’ transformed fairy tales. It introduced new characters and Hunk plot lines. The show’s final seasons introduced less interesting characters and plot lines.
“Into the Deep” is an okay episode It’s not the best representation of Season 2’s promise. The storyline is good. However, Emma’s character is a little self-centered to be realistic. Is she the only one who has magical light?
Emma is going to be thrilled to be free from Hook However, I doubt she can forget her love for Hook. She wants to run away to New York, but she’s scared of love and happiness. She believes that Killian has left due to her fear. Is worth the risk?
It is revealed Emma’s family had been keeping things from her. When she returns to her home, she discovers that someone had left her the magic canonizing bracelet which prevents people from being magically cursed. She also finds a knife inside.
The episode is quite good The episode is pretty good, but I’m not certain that the novelty is worth the trouble. If you’re only interested in the mythical ‘Hat Trick’ this isn’t the show for you.
