Adoring fans of hit show Mad Men are chomping at the bit in anticipation for the new series premiere, but those who love the characters for their glamour and style as much as their stories are in luck.
Banana Republic is rolling out its second retro-inspired collection based on the show and this year’s model protagonists are stars in their own right.
Models Shalom Harlow and David Gandy appear in the campaign photographs for the retail giant’s new line designed in collaboration with Mad Men’s award-winning costume designer Janie Bryant.

Simon Kneen, creative director of Banana Republic, told the Huffington Post: ‘Spring delivers a whole new palette and gave us an excuse to draw from different scenes and wardrobe from the show as inspiration.

‘Janie’s perspective was invaluable in helping us create a collection that is both chic and modern, while remaining true to the aesthetic of the 1960s era.’
The collection features shift dresses typical of the Sixties, nipped in at the waist for Túi xách nữ da bò cao cấp the most flattering waistlines.
Cardigans are shrunken and capri pants are hemmed just above the ankle with a palette of creme and fuchsia for the women’s line.
The Don: David Gandy showcases the collections classic tailoring in blazer, shirts, sweater and trousers
Colours are solid and patterns floral with feminine touches of lace and silk in the detailing.
Men aspiring to emulate the Don Draper look can chose from a collection of navy and creme tailored blazers, polo shirts and V-neck sweaters.
