Additionally it is noted that the Court acknowledges Steinberg’s testimony that he pursued Vladarean for the stolen EUR345,330 using civil procedures in Romania and also through the hiring of a collection agency. The Court therefore dismisses the Investor Plaintiffs’ Counterclaim with prejudice.
