The Contemporary African Art Gallery has been showcasing artists from Africa for over 20 years. Works from roughly 30 artists are represented at all times. Most of those artists have made a reputation for themselves outside of the United States, however rising artists are additionally featured constantly. Sujata Majumdar is a British visual artist based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. She works with a variety of media to research connections between (unrelated) phenomena, of art and science.
