It isn’t as if I’d by no means heard of Tinder, Grindr and their ilk — they’ve, in spite of everything, surpassed brick-and-mortar meat markets as the go-to bone factories for anyone underneath 40. However traversing the unknown terrain of digital dating is like trying to find your approach out of The Labyrinth. It’s a disorienting maze of recent social mores, where strangers try to lure you with disembodied extremities; trolls run amok; previous males in tight pants could or might not count on you to pee after they slap you; and you’re fortunate if you happen to make it out alive without dropping your innocence and your lunch.
Obama’s marketing campaign took a PR hit when one of his supporters, Chicago-space developer Tony Rezko, was arrested on Jan. 28, 2008, on federal costs of conspiracy, influence peddling and demanding kickbacks. The senator reportedly gave away or returned $44,000 of contributions from Rezko and promised another $40,350 could be donated to charities.
