‘The face is a really important aspect.I’ve been looking into different doctors and Dr Harrison Lee who did Dylan Mulvaney’s [face] is an excellent doctor,’ Cara shared.

She added: ‘I’m not sure who I’ll go with eventually but once I do I’ll feel more gorgeous than I already do.’

Cara said she used to feel pressure to be outrageous online for her millions of followers, but since transitioning she has felt more at peace with herself.

‘I feel a lot happier. The combination of my first surgery and my hormones makes me more balanced and I don’t feel the need to be constantly funny or outrageous like I did before my transition,’ she said.

‘I still have my messy moments but that’s not because I’m trans – it’s just because I’m a crazy b***h!’

Despite toning things down, the comedian is still active on OnlyFans, where she has been confidently flaunting the uncensored results of her surgeries.

‘There’s so many women out there who just want to see what [my implants] look like now because they’re considering getting them done so I’m just sharing that journey,’ she said.

Before her transition, Cara briefly worked as a professional porn star for gay porn studio Lucas Entertainment.

After taking a break from the adult industry, she returned as an OnlyFans model and became one of the top creators on the platform with thousands of subscribers who tune in to see her most intimate moments.

‘I was in the top 0.1 per cent of creators and I won a World of Wonder Award for Best Adult Page,’ she said with pride.

‘It was huge because my following is mostly women and a lot of them saw me as their gay best friend – and a lot of women watch gay porn.’

Despite her success, she pulled back from the pornographic content once her transition started.

‘After I decided to transition I was like, “I’m just going to let my body be private until I feel confident and empowered in my womanhood,”‘ she said.

When asked whether or not she’ll ever go back to making X-rated videos again, Cara said she hadn’t ruled it out.

‘As far as adult work in the future, I’m a survivalist.I’ll never say never because in this new era I don’t believe you have to be just one thing,’ she said.

‘If I did porn again I would also be writing a book and working on music. My brain is bigger than my boobs!’

Despite leaving YouTube behind years ago, Cara is still a huge draw on other social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram, where millions of fans tune in to watch her share eating videos and hilarious rants.

‘I recently just rejoined TikTok after they banned my account for no reason, and in two days one video got over 600,000 views and another got 500,000, so I’m just posting myself being the same dumb b***h I’ve always been!’ she said.

When asked if she’ll ever go back to YouTube, the platform that made her famous, Cara responded: ‘That site’s still around?’

Since returning to OnlyFans this year, Cara has been forced to defend herself after being viciously trolled.

The busty blonde has stated she shouldn’t be attacked for simply trying to earn a living on the subscription site.

When one fan demanded that Cara stop promoting her OnlyFans online, she shot back: ‘I’m posting an advertisement because…I don’t know, sometimes it’s fun to survive and pay bills in ways other than posting stupid eating videos?’

The internet star, who was assigned male at birth, opened up about her transition in a heartfelt Instagram post in 2021, revealing she had just started hormone replacement therapy after years of suffering from gender dysphoria.

‘It’s been 33 years coming and I’m happy to be in a place where I can embrace who I am,’ the Tennessee native wrote.’I have put my identity and personal happiness aside for so long, out of fear of rejection or me not wanting to embarrass my family.’

Cara said she realised anyone who ‘actually loves [her]’ would have cared about how long she has been feeling this way in the first place.

‘I am transitioning and I have no more apologies to make for who I am,’ she continued.

‘This will be a lonely process in terms of emotional support from others, but I will be happy knowing I am doing this for myself and what I’ve needed for my gender dysphoria.

‘At my transition progresses, I will not be answering to Chris. It’s Cara.’

Cara noted that Crocker has never been her real last name, explaining it was a stage name she picked when she was being sent online threats as a teenager.

‘I’m not living out of fear or anyone else’s terms any longer,’ she concluded.

Cara went viral in September 2007 after she uploaded a YouTube video of herself crying and screaming in defence of her favorite pop star Britney Spears, who was going through a public breakdown at the time.

‘Leave Britney alone!’ she shrieked in the short clip, which earned her a seemingly endless stream of mockery, including movie and television parodies.

With the #FreeBritney movement in full swing in recent years, Cara was able to sell the video as an NFT for more than $43,000.

NFTs, sometimes pronounced ‘nifties’, are a unique digital token encrypted with the creator’s signature that verifies its ownership and authenticity and is permanently attached to the piece.

The tokens are similar to cryptocurrencies, like Bitcoin and Ethereum, in that they live on blockchain networks, a decentralised, distributed ledger that records transactions of digital assets.

Cara used the money from the sale to fund her transition.

In 2012, Cara’s life was the subject of a HBO documentary called Me @ the Zoo, which examined internet culture through Cunningham’s career.
