Incredible news: Joseph Pompo cleared of theft allegations involving $1 million from Fuccillo dealership

Although Pompo received a misdemeanor conviction from the “ancillary” charges filed by Jefferson County prosecutors, the former accountant maintained his innocence in regards to all other charges.

Pompo maintained that the side business he set up with the late Fuccillo Sr.’s approval benefited both parties, despite facing accusations of theft.

Though Pompo accepted a petit larceny conviction and forfeited nearly $33,000, he maintains his innocence and has gone to civil court to regain control of the reinsurance company.
