What if you heard a knock at the door. Upon opening the door, you find a man standing on your porch barefoot. His cloths are tattered and torn. He is unshaven and he hasn’t had a haircut in 12 months. As he greets you, the man says that he is here to deliver your tax refund check from last year, he simply needs your signature.

New Most experts will suggest that it’s best to buy a car in the last quarter of the year. But, when you need a car, you need a car. You cannot wait till the year-end shopping season to buy what you need. The best time to buy a car is when you want it.

All of the above. This is only for the extremely brave or clinically insane, but it will undoubtedly create a completely unrecognizable new you. Hopefully it will be a wiser, more well traveled, more beautiful, and happier you after the chaos has subsided.

In business, don’t we concoct methods and strategies for marketing and selling our products and services? Aren’t we already thinking on purpose when we make a presentation or a proposal to prospective client? Don’t we have the goal in mind of selling that person on us and the product or service we’re offering? Of course. But most of us are not purposeful in our approach. We know we have something of value and we’re simply making that known to our potential customers and clients.

New In large organizations, this is even worse. Each product line manager is motivated to do well. I use the treadmill and treadmill workout routines as an example given the choices right at your finger tips as you step up and have to make a decision. This is what we are given in life. We make our own choices. We take our own chances.
