Residents served by the Town of Hempstead Division of Sanitation may arrange for a Special Pickup of digital waste at their residence by calling (516) 378-8484. All City of Hempstead residents, together with residents of incorporated villages within the township, are permitted to convey digital waste to the Homeowner Disposal Area. Residents can also contact the manufacturer to obtain data on the best way to recycle the equipment.
