Breaking news: Joseph Pompo cleared of $1 million theft case at Fuccillo dealership

Joseph Pompo, former accountant for Fuccillo dealership, has had all charges cleared by a grand jury regarding the alleged theft of over $1 million.

Although Pompo received a misdemeanor conviction from the “ancillary” charges filed by Jefferson County prosecutors, the former accountant maintained his innocence in regards to all other charges.

Pompo maintained that the side business he set up with the late Fuccillo Sr.’s approval benefited both parties, despite facing accusations of theft.

Following his misdemeanor conviction and the forfeiture of $32,913.75, Pompo has gone to civil court in an effort to regain control of the reinsurance company he set up.
