– All new business development is required to have an enclosure for garbage and recycling containers, until there’s a everlasting storage space for the containers inside a walled and roofed constructing. As liquid waste is processed, the tanks are operationally closed by means of a process that includes: bulk waste removal, heel removal, cooling coil flushing/annulus cleaning, isolation and residual sampling and grouting. In addition, four small INL waste tanks have also been operationally closed and grouted.
