So if you are selling an old clunker with 100,000 miles that needs a few thousand dollars in repairs and is on its last leg, than yes this might a good deal. However, if you are trying to sell a like-new car that is 4 years old with only 40,000, you’ll want to keep looking at other options for the time being.

With my ankle injury I am working on trusting my body once again, I think I stopped trusting that leg when it gave out on me and laid me up for a while. I am once more learning to trust that it is there for me and will work as needed. I haven’t appreciated my body enough, in fact I have been damn hard on it, expecting a lot from it and then complaining that it isn’t looking perfect.
