Dental Health

Tooth Health

Last month, I’d the very first dental check of mine up in eighteen months and I needed to record the experience of mine – a whole lot has changed within the last 18 months, in terms of my lifestyle and diet. Thus , here is a report on my current dental health – the dental health of a person whose life has changed considerably for the better.

When I went for my last dentistry check up, I was smoking 20 cigarettes as morning, I was consuming sugar filled white wine, prodentim ingredients 6-8 pints of coffee one day, I was eating sweet sugary processed foods constantly and I ate many jelly sweets. Similar to all good individuals though, I brushed the teeth of mine two times 1 day and swilled with mouthwash – this’s plenty of right?

Just how Was My Dental Health 18 Months Ago

So how Was My Dental Health eighteen Months Ago

When I visited the dentist for a check up 18 months before, the visit resulted in me in the middle of a filling as a cavity had worsened and required refilling, I needed a scale and polish because the teeth of mine were brown (from nicotine and large amounts of coffee), tartar had collected close to all of my teeth as well as the dentist was contemplating capping an additional tooth. Not good right? There is no hiding the life of yours from a dental professional – she just knew I smoked, she knew I was drinking much more alcohol than I should have been, she knew about my coffee habit and also about the addiction of mine to sugar!! I was shocked. The toothpaste I was using, was the same toothpaste that is commonly available worldwide in most grocery stores, and I did not usually purchase the priciest toothpaste also.

It was only after this trip, I was informed by the medical practitioner of mine that I was heading for a fatal heart attack unless my daily life improved and once I met the health mentor of mine and began my journey into organic and natural life.

What Changed?

What Changed?

People who don’t know the story of mine, might be wondering what I changed in order to influence on my dental health.
