Timeline Reached out on 7/1, Tom rеsponded and gave info on order process, shipping timeline, payment info, pricing, etc on 7/2. I confirmed what items I wanted along with sizing on 7/2. I got final price on 7/3 and sent payment that same day. Items shіpped ߋn 7/9 (one item was not in ѕtock at the tіme otherwise it could hаve been shipped sooner. I was fine waiting for all items tо bе shipped together. Received items on 7/15.

Quality: 9/10 All items are very well made with good quality stitching. There is good stretch, and none of the items are see through like some leggings can be. I’ve worked out in almost all the items and they’ve held up to both intense workouts and washing. For reference, I do either strength training or lagree 4-5 times per week. I wash in a mesh bag on gentle cycle and hang dry. I deduct a point because I think the waistband could be just slightly tighter on the softer buttery type leggings (align style?), however I think that could be just a personal preference and I may not have picked the optimum styles for high movement workouts. I just picked what I thought looked cute.

Accuracy: 8/10 All items came branded with tags. However the tags were all the same, so I’m not sure which styles are dupes of which exactly. I’m also not an auth enthusiast so I don’t know Lulu styles that closely. But there is variation in materials used (I assume to align with the auth versions) and I spent some time looking at the Lulu website trying to find items with the exact same stitch patterns and they definitely got it right. Also, they look exactly like the auths I see other ladies in my workout class wearing. The items will also have the interior card and key pockets if they are supposed to have them. Feel free to comment on accuracy in the comments if you’d like to.

I deducted two points, one for the inside tags. I personally don’t care about the inside tags because I remove them, but some people may, and these were all over the place as far as language used, and size listed (I ordered small in everything but some items say 4 others say 6, one has a completely different type of tag that says S). The other point deducted is for the logo stamp. You will only be able to tell this if you touch it, but it is slightly thicker and a tiny bit more raised than the auths. I don’t care at all because no one is touching it but me, but this is just info for the super detail oriented people out there. But the placement is correct as far as I can tell based on comparison to the auth photos and auths I’ve seen in person.

Satisfaction 10/10 These are extremely good value when you consider it’s an average price of about $30 per item (taking shipping into account). Fabrics feel great and they are great for my type of workouts. I am most concerned with cuteness/high performance and these hit the mark. I’m sure if you got auth the Lulu propietary fabric would be better, but honestly I can’t see it being that much better for the price. I’m not an Olympic athlete so I don’t feel I need to have the best of the best workout gear. Tom’s stuff is soft and comfy and is just as good to me as the few auth Lulus I own. And so far after washing seems durable.

Service 10/10 I would give 11 if I could. Tom was very quick to respond, very thorough in explaining the ordering process, and communicated to let me know there would be a slight delay in getting my order shipped. Didn’t have to ask for the tracking info either. He’s great and I look forward to placing more orders in the future.
