wore a defiant ‘get over it’ slogan T-shirt as she stepped out for a stroll with her fiancé Carl Woods during their holiday in on Friday.

The former glamour model, 43, and the ex-car salesman, 33, 파타야풀빌라 couldn’t resist a steamy smooch on their trip away as they took in the sights and stopped at a café for some refreshments.

The united display comes after  issued a public denial on Instagram over abuse claims, saying he ‘didn’t lay a finger’ on Katie and said he had ‘black and white proof’ to clear his name after he was charged with using threatening and abusive behaviour towards her in an incident at their house in Essex.

Stepping out in the sunshine Katie wore the bold top that also featured pictures of gold horse jumps and is from her own range of equestrian wear.

She teamed it with a pair of black cycling shorts and fluffy yellow sliders as she strolled along, also flashing her huge diamond engagement ring.

Katie kept her blonde hair pulled back in a low ponytail and showed off the latest string of cosmetic procedures on her face with her taut complexion.

Meanwhile Carl dressed for the sunny day out in a pair of grey shorts with his initials printed on one of the legs, and a green sleeveless logo tee.

He added white trainers and socks and slung a Louis Vuitton pouch around his body to carry their essentials. 

Carl was pictured walking slightly behind Katie as she strode confidently around the area, showing off the portrait of Carl’s face she has inked on her arm.

The couple were also seen sharing a kiss as they took a seat together.

It comes after in late February  issued a public denial on Instagram over claims of abuse and accused others of creating a ‘storyline’ – insisting they only had an argument in public. 

Woods claim he ‘didn’t lay a finger’ on Price and said he had ‘black and white proof’ to clear his name after he was charged with using threatening and abusive behaviour towards her in an incident at their house in Essex. 

Police confirmed that the 33-year-old, who is engaged to the reality star, had been charged under section 4 of the Public Order Act. He is due to appear before magistrates in Colchester on March 10. 

Mr Woods, previously posted an story and said: ‘Everyone that’s messaging me saying ‘you attacked Katie, the truth is out’.The truth is not out.’ 

In an follow-up story, Woods then wrote: 파타야풀빌라 ‘I’ve tried to ignore all you trolls because I really didn’t want to talk about this. But you’re literally all savages and now somehow, I’m being accused of being involved and part of this little play. 

‘So let me say this and say this once.

‘I found some very questionable things on Katie’s phone which led to us having a shouting match in the street, then me and Katie parted ways and Katie went to her manager’s house at the time. 

‘Everything after that is completely made up and b*******.

‘There is no charge for any assault or control because as I’ve said it’s b******s.But there is a charge for having an argument in a public place. 

‘I’ve been f****d. No-one else. I really won’t be commenting on this again.’

In a subsequent post he added: ‘O and anyone and I do mean anyone who was involved in creating that little storyline and wants to publicly argue it.

‘Please be my guest.Because I can prove it all. Can everyone please leave me alone now and stop abusing me.’ 

Mr Woods was arrested in the early hours of August 23 last year after the former model was allegedly punched in the face at her home.

Police were called to the property at around 1.30am that morning, where he was held on suspicion of assault, theft and coercive and controlling behaviour.

Ms Price was taken to hospital and was pictured the following day with bruises to her face and an injured lip.

Despite their troubles, the couple are understood to have resumed their relationship in November. 

An Essex Police spokesman said on Thursday: ‘A man arrested following an incident in Little Canfield, on August 23 2021, has been charged.

‘Carl Woods, 33, of The Meadows, Dunmow Road, Little Canfield, has been charged under Section 4 of the Public Order Act.

‘He is due to appear at Colchester Magistrates Court on March 10.’ 

A few weeks after police were called to the home in August, Mr Woods told followers they will ‘know the truth’ in an Instagram story. 

Following that incident, Ms Price – who once had a fortune of £45million – lurched from one crisis to another. 

In December she was given a 16-month prison sentence suspended for a year after pleading guilty to drink driving.

Magistrates said they were unable to send her to prison as she had completed a stay at The Priory having agreed to attend the rehab centre on her first court appearance.

Price had flipped her BMW X5 while driving to see a friend near her Sussex home.It was her ninth driving offence.
